Business AI Strategist
Kellie Bradley
President/CEO · byteKraft workshops
Biography
Kellie Bradley is the founder of byteKraft workshops, where she helps business professionals build AI collaborators instead of simply writing better prompts. She describes her work as happening "between the belly button and the keyboard," where business experience, judgment, leadership, and decision making come together with artificial intelligence to produce meaningful results. Certified by Google, IBM, and Arizona State University in Functional AI and Prompt Engineering, Kellie combines practical AI expertise with more than four decades of real-world business experience to help organizations transform AI from an interesting tool into a capable member of the team.
Ironically, Kellie was an early skeptic of AI. What began as curiosity quickly became conviction after seeing how dramatically the technology could improve productivity, creativity, and decision making when guided by the right context. Following an informal Lunch and Learn presentation at Raleigh's City Club, she recognized that most organizations did not need more technology. They needed someone to show them how to use it effectively. That realization led to the creation of byteKraft workshops.
Before launching byteKraft, Kellie built a career spanning more than 40 years in marketing, business development, competitive positioning, proposal management, RFP response, grant writing, and executive communications. Today, those experiences form the foundation of every workshop she delivers. Rather than teaching AI in isolation, Kellie teaches leaders and teams how to integrate AI into the work they already do, creating stronger decisions, more consistent outcomes, and a genuine competitive advantage.
Kellie lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, with her partner, Mike. Together they share a blended family of four children. They celebrate the lives and accomplishments of their daughter and two sons while continuing to honor the memory of their son, who passed away from cancer in 2018 at the age of 23.
